Very friendly staff. We traveled by bicycles and they offered us to park the bikes in a huge garage so they can be safe. They also upgraded our room with no cost. Our room was quiet and spotless, just perfect for a good night rest.
Dating from 1850, this renovated mansion is in a pedestrian square in Tarifa’s Old Town, 1969 feet from the beach. Bright rooms have free Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchenette and sea views.

Communication was easy, we'd ask if we could leave our bags as we were arriving early but were allowed to check in as the room was ready. You can always tell if somewhere is well run when something goes wrong, the code for our door wasn't working when we tried it before we left. This was resolved within 5 mins and so didn't impact our day at all.
Situated in the old town in a lovely square with bars and restaurants, the hotel is ideally placed, but you will need to walk 5mins to get to it as taxis can't get down the tiny lanes. The room is on a split level, the outside space off the bedroom was lovely and we sat outside having lunch, reading and lounging around. The lounge area has a patio door, and there were musicians in the square so it was lovely to listen to during the day and yet it was all really quiet at night.
The bed was very comfy and I was worried about the spiral staircase but actually it was a lot wider than others have seen in the past. There was a usable kitchen, and it was good to have a kettle as I don't drink coffee. There are lots of nice restaurants in the area, including a very good vegetarian one and after beefing in Spain for 2 weeks it was good to have some less rich food.
It was a lovely relaxing space and there were English TV to watch, which is a bonus when you come home in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is very well looked after with lash tropical gardens and rooms are located in the way that it feels more like a villa rather than a hotel room, location is right across the street from beautiful beach, highly recommended.

Silos 19 was a great choice. It’s located right inside the old city. Our room was on the ground floor, accessed thru the restaurant. We thought this would make it noisy, but the heavy double-doors blocked 100% of the noise. The lobby has a comfortable seating area. It is a short walk to lots of restaurants, shopping, bus station, and ferry dock. The room was huge and super comfortable. And had a fridge, coffeemaker and lots of pods. The shower was A+. Check-in was flawless. Highly recommended!

Tarifa has one of the best beaches I've been to. Large, with fine sand, clean and easy entry into the water. Due to the winds, the area is good for water sports (kite surfing, etc), not so much for swimming, due to the waves. Good position to watch the sun set into the sea.
Great place to chill at a bar nearby the beach, eat ice cream, have dinner.
Tarifa is also very close to Morocco, a short ferry ride away from Tangier. Highly recommend the trip if you have the opportunity.

Tarifa is a very unique place with a super relaxed and good vibe. If you want to explore the coast line it's a great base, easy to park cars outside the old town walls. There are various dunes and historic sites to visit within 1 hour of the city as well as view points from various locations with unbeatable views of the coastline and seeing Morocco which is pretty special. For eating, there is an amazing Italian Restaurant highly recommended called La Trattoria. I am Italian and the pasta was very good quality for Spain. There are also lovely restaurants beyond the port along the beach and in the area just outside the old town walls towards this direction. It is easy to walk around the city and there is plenty of shopping in boutique shops as well as surfer/sports shops. Huge amount of water sports activities on offer too.

A lovely place to stay in the heart of Tarifa. The staff were lovely and we were well received on arrival. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated - the bed was comfy and there was a tv in the room. The location is just perfect in the old town and you have all the restaurants and trendy bars on your doorstep. The beach is a 5 min walk away. Highly recommended.
We had a great stay at hostal Afrika. It is located in the beautiful old town of tarifa surrounded by little shops and great restaurants/cafes. The roof top terrace is simply amazing, the view breathtaking. The interior of the Hostel is very colorful and well thought out. The owners of the Hostal are so welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Thanks for everything.
It's a great location, a good 20/25 minute walk into the lovely old town area, with a panoramic view of the beach! The pool and gardens are well kept.Walkable to supermarket as long as not carrying packs of water! Tarifa's restaurants are outstanding value for money. Antonio was very helpful and met us within 5 minutes of arriving!

For sure me and my family will stay back in this hotel during our next vacations in Tarifa.
Room was very clean, spacious, and new-looking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to old Town and walkable distance to Port and also to bus station. Very nice place! Tarifa has enough sites of interest to occupy a few days, even if you're not into kite surfing. It is very windy!
This place is absolutely beautiful and natural. I love to visit this camping with my family when I visit Tarifa because the staff is really friendly and the place is just perfect to enjoy the beaches nearly and the nice weather. Also is a clean and safe place. We really enjoyed!
Great little tidy apartment with all you need literally a 2 second walk to the beach. Close to old town and city sites, convenient to cafes and best of all easy to walk the beach, boardwalk or laze about the beach watching the kite boarders - incredible!
Perfect for a kite trip to Tarifa. Great location opposite a supermarket and very close walking distance to the beach. Easy washing of kite gear on the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen and very fast Wifi. Easy free public parking directly outside.
